Well, of course boys had less on if called from their dormitories - so presumably the cane would hurt more.
RispondiEliminaMind you, in 'Flirting' I got the impression that he caned boys at any time - and in fact as often as possible! Certainly there's also evidence of a boy going to get caned straight from evening prep also - so he'd be fully dressed in his school uniform.
Micky, is more formal than the boys they wore the uniform of the School to receive the punishment with the cane .

Maybe more formal in one way - but I think we regarded that uniform as being 'normal clothes' for school. The only other stuff we were allowed to wear was gym or games kit - which is how several boys discovered that being slippered or caned on just gym shorts was a great deal more painful than being caned over trousers and pants (and possibly your shirt tail)!

YES is true our Shorts of School uniform they were very thin. My Headmaster assured him that the tail of my shirt was removed for not making layer of protection to the bottom, then it used the cane . Yes - shorts all the time until we were in the second year at secondary school and so were 12 going on 13 years old.
RispondiEliminaGreat video. I was caned in pjs once in public school for talking after lights out. Usually caned in trousers, though. But in shorts in gym. Once the whole class were slippered in gym in shorts for having dirty football boots. Ouch!
